Beautifull Apartment in Benidorm

Being charged 80e cleaning fee for an apartment that had not been cleaned.....the lady that met us proceeded to clean upon entry - particularly the fridge which was not plugged in and the plug could not reach a socket! Oven door was jammed open and there was a smell. Surfaces were very dusty and the floor was not clean. We were 3 people so expected to have a bed each with a double and twin room but had to request bedding for the second twin bed (we were expected that we would share a double). Bedding arrived whilst we were out, as did an extension lead so the fridge so this was then working and oven door closed. When we returned we made the bed up in the dark as the light did not work in the twin bedroom. The bedding stank so the next day we put the washing machine to use and washed it all. We asked if there was a hair dryer....the response was 'this is an apartment not a 5 star hotel' ...we couldn't believe this. When we returned later that evening a hairdryer had been provided. Not having wifi was another issue. Could not see anywhere in the property details that there would be no wifi.....in this day and age it's a minimum requirement. We asked for another set of keys but were told only one set for guests....a major problem as we had to leave together all the time as we needed keys to get in and out of the building. We received a whatsapp on the morning of departure stating cleaner would arrive at 11 so leave keys on the plate by the front door. I questioned the problem of not being able to exit without them and and was told there was a button to press, but there wasn't and upon departure had to chase the janitor/porter to let us out of the gates. We left keys as requested. The cleaner then phoned and asked if we'd left, we replied yes. She said, I can't get in now as I have no keys!! There was no ID check before or during our stay....
