“Amazing experience! Highly recommend”

The best

This place is perfect for holidays or work trips. I work remotely and we found it very pleasant to stay indoors. The apartment is very bright and quiet, we haven’t experienced any noise or disturbance. The windows are very good quality and isolate everything. We also found it very clean and have not noticed any dirt as written in previous reviews. It was impeccable. The check in procedure is very easy and the app works amazing. It’s very comfortable to not have to carry keys around and open everything with your phone. Very modern. The hosts are very helpful and have been in contact with us 24/7. Very recommended

“Stay away”

The best

I've spent a lot of time and effort dealing with the company over deposit refunds, and have nothing but negative things to say.

To be improved

I don’t recommend it at all. Stay away from the company Avinfasad. They collect a damage deposit of 900 euros, and it is written in the conditions that it "will be refunded in full via credit card". But they refunded the deposit as a new transaction via terminal, so I had to pay a commission of 60 USD. I contacted the property, but they refuse to get this sum back and say that I had agreed to their conditions, when in fact I hadn't been informed about this method of refund. At first sight the flat looks good, but… -When we moved in, we had to wash the dishes after previous guests and wipe the shelves in the cupboards with dishes: dried food residue on the kitchen appliances, the lid of the pot with dried foam, and dirty bedspread (photos attached). -Also, the shower door can’t be fully closed, and every time you take a shower you have to spend a few minutes trying to close it, and the water leaks on the floor. -Rusty window opening mechanisms, difficult to open.

“Clean fancy loft, good for a night's stay, not a workspace/living space”

The best

The place was very clean, modern, and well-maintained. The location was excellent – not in the city center, but in a quieter neighborhood right next to it. There was a supermarket nearby, and the historic center was within walking distance. The doors were operated with codes. The only requirement was to download an app, but once that was done, everything ran seamlessly.

To be improved

While the apartment is fine for short stays or vacations, it may not be ideal for those needing to work remotely or spend extended periods indoors. It's not suitable for working or living long-term as the workspace/only table is tiny, and the sofa isn't comfortable.
