BeBarceloner Sant Andreu Apartments - 3 bedrooms with terrace

I reached out to the host and stated we were given the wrong room, which was extremely small for a party of 4 and nothing similar to our reservation. I was told there was a double-booking error and that the room was already occupied. Initially I was not offered anything and then offered a small compensation of approximately 150 euro, which does not equate to the overall cost of the stay (approx. 800 euro) as the original booking was much larger, had much nicer amenities, and a terrace. This room we were given did not have a terrace. I told the host through Whatsapp I will not accept compensation and was instead offered a different booking, but this was still not the original booking we had paid for. The booking was never offered through Booking.com and was only offered informally through Whatsapp. The new location was across town, approx. 40 mins by public transport for my group. We were not compensated either for paying for tickets to get the new location. We arrived at the new location, provided at the address Carrer del Tinent Flomesta 37, AinB Barcelona Sants Apartment – Family penthouse. This was only accepted because there was no alternative offered from the booking. The new location had a dysfunctional AC in one of the rooms. I reached out to the host and was told someone would come by to fix it and was told they did, but the temperature from the AC stayed the exact same and was unchanged. No one visited the apartment that I am aware of, as the room had items blocking the floor in the room, and these items were unmoved when we returned, but we were told that someone had visited and fixed the AC. There was an extremely noticeable difference from all of the other rooms ACs compared to this one. It was not livable and the two occupants had to move into the rooms with the other two of the group. I reached out again on Friday evening asking for someone to stop by again, and was told that no one will come out until Monday as no one works the weekend.
