The owner speaks only Spanish. At very last moment I was informed that I have to go to different property (Two hours before the arrival, when I was in the plane). I had to call my friend to speak with her in Spanish. The other property was far away from bus station Maria Zambrano (more than 3 km), so I have to pay for taxi for me and my wife. Later one my kids had to pay for the taxi too. Next day again taxi to bus station. Wrong pin code for the key was given, again many phone calls I had to make. Instead of ground floor (first apartment), the new apartment was on the last floor. It was not for 4 people. Air conditioner was not working, no remote control. Fan that was in the room was not working. Water was liking from the boiler at the kitchen. Wi-Fi was not working. Toilet paper was missing, A had to run at 21,25 to buy it. All in all, very very bad experience.

The studio apartament is located on the ground floor- you walk in straight from the street into the bedroom-living room with open plan kitchen, there are one sofa and three beds. The apartament looks clean but it needs some update. The beds are ok. The cooker in the kitchen doesn’t work. During the rain water was dripping from the ceiling in the kitchen and there was no help from the owner of the apartament to sort it out. The worst thing was the noise from the street, as the only window and entrance door are not soundproof and we could hear every noise from the road. There are many apartaments to rent at this road and people who stayed in them didn’t respect any rules and had parties all night long, so during our stay at Becquer2 we didn’t get any sleep because of the constant noise. And on the last day we found cocroaches running on the bed! Sadly there was poor communication with the host, so things we reported to her were neglected

You need to check in online if you want to get the security code. I was not aware of it until I've contacted the property proactively the same day I needed to check in. It's advertised as 1 bedroom apartment while in reality It's a studio.
