Communication with property was very bad, they barely answered, the entire flat had something broken, like all lamps, all trash bins, toilet seat and the walls are a bit dirty and maintenance was very poor. I asked them to bring extra towels as we stayed for EIGHT nights and they brought to the wrong apartment, there was one hand towel for four people. Flat was not very clean inside and shower was smelly once we got in the flat. Instead of coming to fix the toilet they gave my number to speak to someone in spanish and arrange that, sorry for almost 2000 euros i would expect a little better. Neighbors are also loud sometimes and you can hear everything from upstairs.
