1. The view from the balcony was good. 2. Bedding and towels were good. 3. Washing machine, stoves and refrigerator came in real handy for our 2 night stay.

To be improved

1. The walls are very dirty. 2. The wall paper is falling off in some places. 3. TV is not tuned, nothing to watch. 4. TV remote only had one battery, so it's not usable. 5. Looking in the TV cabinet for batteries, I found exploded batteries in one and threw them out. 6. The ACs are not clean enough for a healthy stay. 7. No hand soap in the bathroom. 8. Two fans in the apartment, and neither one functional. 9. Mattress in the larger bedroom is like lying on a brick, and caused backpain for my friends who slept on it. Greatly affected the trip for them. 10. The lower trim of the kitchen cabinets were falling off.
