The apartment getting a bit tired. There are some simple things which could be done like the main bedroom and bathroom door where it scrapes floor. The shower cubicle tiling looking a bit tired. The lift up to apartment is bit of concern can smell like burning as you go up in it.

Not well maintained. All five internal doors don’t close properly. And it should be cleaner.

Photo’s do not represent reality. The couch in the living room, as well as the terrace furniture are replaced by utterly cheap material. The bed in the mail bedroom has a hole in the midst of the mattress. Appartment is fully worn out. Lid of the waste bin was broken, side bar of clothes line was broken, shutters of windows are in deplorable condition. We forgot to mention this at the start of our stay, so we lost 100% of our deposit because the owners (Beds & Breaks Valencia) claim this is due to our stay. Very disappointing to end our stay with this tricks to rise extra money for your stay in their apartment. Be aware. We lost 200 euros because of this. Make photo’s of everything you see that is broken or not working (and that is a lot) and ask a written confirmation from the owner that they will not charge your deposit for these shortcomings. And do this at the start of your stay and before you pay your deposit. The owner will put a comment under this review, be wise and judge yourself.
