I lost a day of my vacation because on booking there was information that check out is 00.00 and it was at 11 am. Because of late check out I booked this hotel. The lady at the reception was horrible, I have never met someone like that in my life. I submitted a compkain on booking but it was lost and no one contacted me about it

The location was really bad, there was no whet to park our hire car so we had to spend 2 hours in it until a space became available at 5am in the morning. We were never told how bad the parking would be
