Location and apartment were great. The staff were friendly and tried to help as much as possible to make my stay comfortable and the outside area is lovely to relax

No tea,coffee,sugar,milk, dead batteries in heater/air-conditioning remote, dirt behind the bed,WiFi code not visible in apartment, sometimes the lift didn't work and it's the top floor, no smart TV so only Spanish TV, dirty coffee machine and the key to the front door doesn't work properly so takes a while to get in the main door to the building.If these issues have been resolved I would have thoroughly enjoyed my stay,the apartment is lovely and the girls did what they could to try and help

Lovely apartment in a great location.

Had to our own buy toilet roll and soap. It was also difficult to understand the person we were collecting the keys from and they kept us waiting and confused a little on check in. Apart from that excellent friendly hosts with a lovely apartment in a fantastic location.

I see that £50 was for cleaning the apartment. The previous occupants obviously didn't pay for cleaning, because it hadn't had much effort in cleaning. It cost us about €30 for cleaning materials and nearly a day to clean up, even cutlery was dirty. There was only 1 teaspoon in the whole apartment. We had to download instructions to get all appliances to work, no instructions from the keyholder who gave us access.

“Avoid complete scam”

Properly was disgusting wee and blood on pull out bed. I am disabled and had to sleep on the floor for 2 days of our stay. Avoid the company wasn’t not helpful at all and I have tried to complain and been blocked

Sold as a 4 sleeper but one bed is covered in blood a wee I had to sleep on the floor for 2 nights off our 4 night stay. Absolutely disgusting. I don’t expect much just a clean bed
