BEL APPARTEMENT ROSES PLAGE

The communication was impossible, the owners only sent pre-writen messages mostly and in french, wich I had to translate all the time. That would not be a problem if the owner answered the questioms we had, because translation is not perfect. But I never got any satisfactory reply or communication from them. The phone number they give you appears out of service all the time, so it's of no use. The TV was not working and we could not communicate with the owner to learn how to use it or clarify why it wasn't working. The cleaning was mid except the bed sheets and the pillows. Under the covers there were sweat stains and unknown spots, on the "clean sheets" too. We slept with our own sheets and jackets over them.

The apartment was dirty and smelly (it rained and it might not have helped with the humidity). The sofa-bed was not confortable and we only had one copy of the keys. The doorbell also didn't work. For one night was ok, but we were poorly treated by the owner from the minute 1 of our visit (we never complained). We took the wrong keys at the check-in (how could that happen???? well, they were at the main entrance and it seems they were for another group), and the owner got really upset with us. I still don't understand how could someone speak like this with a client. She also was threatening to keep the 300 euro deposit if we broke something. I don't know who is usually using this apartment but I certainly don't travel breaking things. It was not that expensive, but I would expect for a booking apartment a minimum level of cleanliness and confort. I won't recommend.

The parking was not very obvious. But not a big deal at all.
