*Free shuttle from airport *very friendly and helpful personel *location was good *big appartement *clean *dark rooms

*outdoor area has no sunlight (the balcony does) *the beds are not very comfortable *there is often some noise on the streets

“Basic accommodation but convenient”
The best

Apartment is well situated, about 15mn walk to the Serranos Towers and the old city. Supermarkets in walking distance and central bus station with taxi rank, about 20mn walk (where you can leave your luggage at the consigna for 4 euros per 24h). Bike and scooter rental everywhere and from 3 euros per hour. Plenty to do and see in Valencia, beautiful city. Hop off and on bus well worth it to get a general picture of the city.

To be improved

The noise from the street and from the apartments beside and above us, sometimes until well after 2 or 3 am. Bring ear plugs.The sofa could do with a good dry or steam cleaning. There was visible dust on the "chandeliers". Only one bin bag in the bin and no spare. We also stayed 6 nights and did not get the welcome pack advertised on Booking.com.

The best

The apartment was easy to find, the host greeted us and explained everything and was very nice. It had AC which was a huge bonus. The apartment was very comfortable and it suited our needs perfectly.

To be improved

There wasn't enough Toilet Paper and They only gave us one trash bag which wasn't enough for the amount of time we stayed.

The best

Location was the best easy to get transport to move around the city, the apartment was clean but a little be noisy we can hear people next door tooking and the beds very uncomfortable..TV isn't working properly and not TV controller.
