We travelled with our family. Total of 5 people including a child of 1.5 years old. We liked the apartment. It is quite spacious and well located. The windows of 2 bedrooms overlook the courtyard and it is comfortable and quiet to sleep at night. One bedroom overlooks the courtyard well, which is the reason for good hearing from neighbours on all floors. That bedroom is not as comfortable to sleep in because of this. The flat is clean, but since it is an apartment building, encountering a cockroach in the kitchen is still possible, unfortunately. This spoils the overall impression a bit. The owners are very helpful, giving clear advice on parking and nearby restaurants. Quick to respond to enquiries. We can highly recommend this flat. We did not have enough facilities for drying the laundry. Everything dries very slowly in the flat itself. The neighbors have the possibility to hang the laundry outside. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need. True absence of washing machine, but this is not necessary for everyone :)

The apartment is situated on the edge of the old town. There are a lot of amenities like a supermarket, butchers, laundromat, grocers, cafes, pastry shop etc. within a short walking distance of the apartment. The neighbourhood is very clean, quiet and safe. The apartment has been recently renovated and is spacious, clean and well appointed. A special thanks to Alejandro who made our stay in Oviedo very pleasant, with recommendations for local sidrerias , car parking, surfing and other activities in Oviedo/Asturias.
