Everything, even the pool is disgusting

Very old run down complex, the rooms are tired and cramped. Very hot rooms no air con. Pool was green on the walls and a pool light was disconnected from the wall floating about in the water (didn't look safe)

The whole place is dated you wouldn’t want to use the bath to wash a small child in as it’s been painted and is still black. Swimming pool was terrible. Nothing like what is shown in the photos. Hundreds of tiles missing, walls and floor was black with mould and algae. My wife refused to use the pool as it was that bad. A green line of algae around the water level. The area around the pool was just broken concrete and loose stones most of which could be swept up quite easily just never touched. Food in restaurant was the same everyday with very little choice. Breakfast was probably the best part of the food. Most the staff were miserable and rude. Especially the main guy in the restaurant. Daytime entertainment was non existent and the evening entertainment was even worse. How they can class half hour of bingo to win a free drink from the bar and a bottle of cava evening entertainment is beyond me.

Some bar staff man who called me "lady" to ask what my order was ...not pleasant ("what would you like" sounds better) Pool... totally grim. Tiles missing and generally untidy. Didn't look hygienic enough to use. So I didn't Toilets in pool area. Very dangerous with water above shoe level. This needs addressing. I complained twice but still only a caution wet floor sign went out. This was the only toilet facility available on arrival or until restaurant/bar opened.
