location was excellent Everything on your doorstep pubs resteraunts cafes Youu don't have to go up and down steps to get to the beach anymore as there is a lift 50 cents

We stayed there for a month and had a very unpleasant experience. The owner always ignored our messages. Upon arrival it was impossible to contact him, thankfully at that time there was a man who was working at the building that helped us, called the owner of the apartment and told him to come and give us the keys. The apartment was pretty dirty and dusty. The bed was very uncomfortable, old mattress that is used up and way too soft. We asked him to never come to our apartment when we are out since we arrived with a cat and we were scared it might run away. Without any warning he sent some maintenance guy to come to fix the washing machine with was leaking, we only found out about this because when we got back home our cat was hiding and super scared and stressed. That maintenance guy also left a mess in our bathroom and the washer was still leaking, only a little bit less. After checking out he didn’t give back our deposit and told it was for a “pet fee” that was not mentioned anywhere. When I asked to show me where they wrote about this fee he ignored my messages again. We chose this apartment specifically because it said it was pet-friendly.

this is the second time I've used this appartment, and the location is perfect. lovely balcony where I could enjoy the last of the day's sunshine.

there were a few extra chair's on the balcony that weren't needed and took up space

Great apartment, fantastic location, host really easy to deal with.

Air con unit probably not fit for the size of the space, we had minor issues with water dripping on the balcony & running down to the apartment below but nothing major.
