Location was good. it was within a short walking distance of the beach and bars and restaurants.

To be improved

The apartment was unclean, smelly and was not equipped for our guests. We had to purchase cleaning products and clean it ourselves. Staff were rude and refused to help with our issues and we were also ignored by the owners. Lots of people were complaining whilst we were there. My partner cut his foot very badly on an uncovered, broken sprinkler near the child's pool and the staff said it was nothing to do with them and to contact the owner. We tried to phone the number that was left in case of any issues but he quickly said he couldn't speak English and hung up. The staff left all the blood from my partner's foot and I had to clean it up before anyone went in it. All in all, a horrific experience staying here. I would strongly advise staying somewhere else.

The best

I like the place and we usually go twice a year to benal beach, but this room is misleading, the room info is wrong, for example there is no sofa bed at all, it is just a chaise lounge sofa with storage not a bed.

To be improved

I did not like that communication with the number supplied as it was unresponsive, I messaged the property three times with my time of arrival, even on my way to the property I stated the time again. when we arrived, no one was waiting for us and after a long queue at reception the lovey person called the property, they manged to get in contact, and they finally replied to a message though WhatsApp. The message was just 15 twice not responding to my text in English of Spanish. When the lady arrived with the keys, she did not greet or apologised for having a family of 5 waiting an hour at reception, she just said come on come on, completely out of order.
