“Great stay with some issues.”

The location is brilliant, right next to the beach that has a large variety of shops, bars and restaurants. The pool slides are great as well.

To be improved

The pool area was extremely busy. €5 per day per person for a sun bed, otherwise you will have to put a towel on the floor. Our apartment was a studio and only had one chair for us to sit in. Parking was difficult as well as it was almost always full.

“Great apartment + location”

The best

The apartment in Benal Beach was great. Spacious, clean with air conditioning in the lounge and bedroom. The balcony was also spacious with sea views. Good kitchen with oven and hob, fridge freezer and lots of utensils and cupboards to store food. The bathroom had a great shower facility, sink, and toilet. The bedroom had access to the balcony and spacious fitted wardrobes, plus the bedside cabinets and chest of drawers. We even had a bag on wheels that helped with grocery shopping. There was also a parasol which we used on the beach.

To be improved

The pool area was mainly for the kids, with slides etc. The gardens by the pool were much quieter and more to our liking.

Fantastic apartment and located perfectly for the beach, shops, restaurants and bars. The large terrace, with fantastic views,was a bonus!

“Be careful”

The best

The location was really good The pool was lovely however the slides are dangerous few people including myself hurt themselves on it

To be improved

The accommodations provided were not like the accommodations in the photos not in anyway There was no bed in my room just two foldout leather couches and the blinds didn't work so all there was, was white curtains to stop people looking in room The accommodations on the picture are in the same building but what we got was not what is shown on booking.com

“Not a place for families, too many rules and layout of hotel all over the place!”

The room was nice we stayed in.

To be improved

The hotel had so many rules around the pool, slides were only open for a few hours a day, lifeguards only had respect for Spanish families and everyone else was pretty much always in the wrong.
