“The apartment · Cons: The fact that they had no where to store our luggage when we checked out. We didn’t fly until 10.25 at night and they expected us to carry our luggage around until then. We booked another room which cost us £98 and the room was disgusting. Dirty and had ants everywhere, because of this we would not stay there again.”

“Overall a great apartment, but still need some improvement”

. Staff were very friendly and helpful, letting us know how to get to our apartment, how to use the elevator, etc) . We loved the little shop on the bottom floor for all the essential needs, very helpful for bread, milk, toilet roll and snacks. . Slides with surrounding pools were great for all of the family and a great activity to keep the whole family busy for a day, especially the pool bar for adults! . Great amenities in the apartment, like an ironing board, kettle, toaster, fridge, hair dryer etc. . We were very happy to be offered an early check-in time for the apartment (at an extra charge), as our flight would have arrived three hours before the destinated check-in time. However owner did not mention a €150 that is on hold, just in case in an event of property damage. (Please provide this information in the pre-booking information, not many people have a spare 150 that is in the bank, that can be pending) . The apartment had two balconies with amazing views of the pools and the beach side. Breath-taking views especially at night, when the pool, the neighbouring hotels and the beach front lights up. . The apartment's owner left us a 10% discount to use at the Benal Beach shop and they also offered us discounts for bike rentals, early grocery shopping and other options before arriving at the apartment.

. Bar closed early, before 8pm. No access to the pool table or surrounding arcade games. (More the building's issue than the individual apartment's fault.) Not sure if the bar is open late on weekends, we were disappointed. . Requested early check in and found the previous occupant's hairs on the tiles in the living room and bathroom. (Not sure if the cleaner was rushing for our early arrival). . The blue towels that were provided, caused blue fluff and bits of blue all over the body, floor and on the sink, toilet and bathtub. (Maybe change the towels or the fabric softener that is used to wash them) . The next door neighbour's kitchen is attached to the joining wall connected to the bedroom. Could hear them banging cupboards and cooking food very late at night. Disrupted sleep a few nights. . On the last two nights, guests were very loud, banging apartment doors and being disruptive at very late at night (after 11pm going onto 12am), could hear them from multiple floors down. (Apartment is on the 11th floor) Signs were posted around reception and in the main seating area about being quiet after 11pm, but staff did not told them off)

Basic clean self catering apartments in brilliant location, swimming pools was ideal for kids and supermarket and laundrette was brilliant
