The pull out sofa needs an upgrade , it's old and dirty looking , the towels need an upgrade too , they could do with spare blankets we were cold enough

Unfortunately, the accommodation did not meet the agreement, following issues: Furniture in the room was in a peeling and poor state, with no signs of recent repair. The electrical power outlet was uncovered, posing a safety hazard. The door handles were worn out, with the paint falling off. The doors were unable to close properly due to unsafe electrical wires. There was an ant infestation on the balcony. The area around the air conditioning unit on the balcony was filthy. The microwave was also in a filthy condition. The window was fractured on the edge, and the window seals were falling out. There were holes in the wall above the window, likely from previous curtains. The accommodation had too many steps for my 96-year-old husband, who was using crutches. These issues are clearly unacceptable and do not meet the standards I had expected based on the Booking.com listing PHOTOS. I have included photographs as supporting evidence. We could Not stay - we left, not signing the EUR 200 damage deposit (Licence Number VFT/MA/09920) the room was damaged.
