The location was very good. There is a large supermarket a couple of minutes away which has everything you need. There are many good restaurants nearby, maybe 10 .minutes walk. Public transport is excellent and the main bus station is 30 mins walk or can take a taxi for about 7 euros. Buses can take you everywhere on the island and reliable. I was travelling solo and am female, and I felt very safe at all times. It's a really nice vibe. The apartment is very secure and spacious. Every night, I slept like a baby, very peaceful. There is outside space, very enchanting with seats, tables, pretty plants, and lighting. Alberto, the owner, is fantastic. Spoke English very well. He helped with plans, eg, ordered a taxi for me, etc... Anything I needed, I just sent a text to him and replied every time. He left a large bottle of water, nuts, and fruit were lovely. Hot shower every morning. Perfect!! The apartment, like many people say, is very characterful. Traditional features such as floor tiles are very beautiful. It's much better than staying in a hotel. The owners live upstairs, but I did not hear them at all. Total silence. This would suit a solo traveller or couples who would like a relaxing place to stay. I would definitely stay again. Location is amazing and the apartment is very quiet, a real oasis in Santa Cruz. Breakfast was great. Met hosts who were really lovely and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

I loved the garden. The place is quiet and in a very nice part of town. The house has a retro feeling to it. You feel to have travelled back to the past. Nice hosts. They live upstairs and can help you with you queries. I would go back.

Amazing garden

Wonderful, unique and very boutique place...this place is the appartment to a home of the owner, and very peaceful and located in a great place with a mercadona just on the next block, about 20min walk to the centre and other things like the auditorium and sea front...not your usual place full of expacts and bars...bravo to the owner
