The best

Location perfect, pool and gardens excellent very well maintained. Comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, air con and wi-fi very good. Everything there that we needed More suited to a shorter stay

To be improved

Balcony table and chairs warped and uncomfortable, unusable! Also balcony needs a sunshade. No spare bed linen. Only one electric socket in kitchen for all appliances, not ideal. Had to take cleaning equipment out of cupboard and store in bathroom to be able to hang clothes up. Storage drawers need attention very unstable. Washing machine emptied Into sink in spite of workmen replacing a pipe during our stay. We had a succession of noisy neighbours staying 3-4 nights only, all youngsters, who came home 4-5 am making excessive noise, had to sleep with earplugs!! Guests need to be aware of 32 steep steps to reach apartment

“Very good value for money”

The best

Access to the pool was ideal. Driving distance to marbella, puerto banús and estepona was very short. The main road to get west and east was close but not close enough to be noisy.

To be improved

If I had to say anything negative at all the balcony had some cracks and the AC unit leaked slightly. Overall very very good value for money
