Benibeach 3-2-B Apartment Poniente Beach

We had a pleasant experience mainly due to the excellent location, with a front-facing sea view and right on the beachfront – definitely one of the biggest advantages of this accommodation. However, the organization was lacking. We did not receive any instructions about the parking, how to get there, or how to open the gates. We arrived at night, and since the street is one-way and was under construction during our stay, it was extremely difficult to find the right way. Eventually, we figured out that we had to drive against traffic to reach the location. Another downside was the check-in process. Although we booked through Booking, after payment we received a message asking us to go to another website to complete a rather lengthy check-in. Only after that, we were informed that we had to pay a €200 deposit for potential damages. The deposit amount was the same as the cost of our stay, and we only received it back 4-5 days after check-out. It would have been fair if this requirement had been clearly stated in the property description on Booking, rather than being buried in the terms and conditions. As for the interior, the furniture is old and cluttered with unnecessary items. It would have been ideal to have at least some basic necessities for the first night, such as soap. Overall, the location and view are amazing, but better organization, clearer communication, and some improvements would greatly enhance the guest experience.
