The App on my phone offered easy access to the apartment on arrival. Key and key fob were waiting inside. The apartment was bright and very spacious located within a few minutes walk to Tapas Street and also the main supermarket. There is air conditioning in both bedrooms and the main living room. There are two juliet balconys and a slightly larger one for sitting out on. No amazing views but that wasn't an issue

To be improved

Because the apartment is so centrally located you have to expect some traffic and pedestrian noise

It was an electronic key link sent on the day of arrival. There was an actual key to the front door of the apartment block once you gained initial entry.

To be improved

I was not keen on the electronic key function as if you had lost your phone you had no way of entering the apartment.

Well what can I say, this apartment was perfect, 10 seconds to the start of all the old town shops and a 3 minute walk to the beach, there is loads of places to eat around the area or you can cook your own depending on how you feel.The facilities in the apartment were more than I ever seen any any other place I've stayed and I travel a lot. You have three balconies big enough to stand on and hang washing on the lines, one in the bedroom and two in the living room, plenty of storage in the wardrobes in both bedrooms, and also two toilets, one main bathroom and one separate toilet. The wifi worked well and the air con was freezing in all the rooms which was perfect coming in from a hot day. You also have a smart TV which allows you to watch your programs from the likes of Netflix and Amazon prime and the likes of Spotify for some music.. I was in benidorm for 3 nights before my friends arrived who were all staying at a hotel round the corner, when I showed them this apartment, they were all devastated they had booked a hotel and all sharing two to a room and I had this whole apartment to myself lol. I will be booking this place again and highly recommend it.

The door key cards are on your phone so if you're a sole traveler, make sure your phone is charged if you're out all day and keep a charger in your bag or you won't get in if your phone dies. The door key card for the interior apartment door never works on the first or second try. It always took me a few goes even after I activated the key pad on the apartment door. I got to benidorm at 10 am and check in wasn't till after 3pm which is quite normal for most places so lugging suit cases round isn't the best, but Xabier who I was dealing with activated my key car early to allow me to put my cases in the apartment and get changed whilst the cleaner was in there, she was fine with that also. So that was great and I just went out till 4pm.
