Very nice and modern for a self catering apartment. Location was excellent for me as I have been coming to Playamar for many years and very familiar with the bars and restaurants . The apartment is quite well equipped and the terrace is designed for sun worshippers. There are two televisions, one in the lounge and one in the bedroom. There are also two air conditioning units which work well. The washing machine is excellent and has a rapido 15 minute cycle which is very useful when you are a light traveller like me. There is also plenty of crockery and cutlery and most importantly two corkscrews for the Rioja. The oven is great as is the very quick induction hob. The microwave and the oven both have a grill facility which does away with the need for a toaster , which this apartment does not have. There is also a dishwasher [which I had no need to use]. There is also a stove top coffee pot [ikea] and a filter coffee machine. Separate toilet, wash basin and walk in shower which is fantastic. Worth noting that there is a small mat which covers the drain, I found it best to remove that when having a shower so as not to flood the room and beyond. After showering finished I would suggest that you replace the mat over the drain to prevent any odour. There is also a bbq outside on the terrace if required. The bed was comfortable and I slept well, very quiet in the block. The apartment is on the second floor and accessed via steps. Manuel my host was efficient and prompt, it was very easy to collect the keys and arrange for a safe place for them to be left when I departed the apartment very early in the morning.
