“Very dated, very basic, very expensive, with the threat of a fine looming over your head.”
The best

It's located in a very quiet and safe area, but not in walking distance to the centre of town. There's a bus stop very close, though.

To be improved

The first thing you see is a whole sheet with rules and fines: you have to take your own rubbish, you have to do the washing up, you can't leave anything in the fridge, you have to switch off the heating and the air con every time you leave the apartment. Fines of €50 if you fail to do so. I paid €240 for one night off season. No, I will not water your plants on top of everything else. I have no idea how this property got such a good rating.

The best

Stayed at Javi's place with two of my friends. We had a great time here, really nice accommodation. Clean, spacious, and relaxing environment to stay in. Javi was very communicative and easy to talk to. Great base to explore San Sebastian and the surrounding area from. Would stay here again.
