BERNABEU/ C.UNIVERSITARIA APARTMENTS

I like the property, but the management is wrong. Next day we are staying another couple of people waiting outside for the key.

•The noise from above the apartment (like jumping/running on a treadmill) was very disturbing, did not stop until around 2:00am. •Arrived to a running washing machine locked on a 3-hour cycle. When we asked the owner, she said she will send a boy to retrieve the washed linen. The boy never came. We only got to use the washing machine the next day.

Poor and late communication re access, location in a not very pleasant area with no amenities, miles from anywhere, walls paper thin, had one tiny window one foot high on pavement level. Dust and cobwebs on surrounds and under all furniture. Vastly overpriced (had better and cheaper accommodation in centre of London). Description header on booking.com led one to believe it was university accommodation and therefore of a certain standard.

I was really angry since we were 4 adults and we had only 1 double bed and sofa to sleep. Apart from that tv does not work, no kettle and really small.

Baseroom,air conditioner with poort condition ,no facilities at all ,too far from the centre ,not like the photo at all .we couldn't contact the staff about our checkout with a bad response from them .no mirror ,no baskets for rubbish ,bad ventilation ,under the ground
