owner, Arian, is very friendly, explained everything about apartment. apartment itself has everything you need, even more - like outlet adapters , welcome drinks, coffee machine , and importantly - AC! Patio is beautiful, and it was a pleasure to drink coffee and read a book in the morning before it gets hot outside. a big thanks for helping with bringing up and down a luggage!

“Misleading Listing – Not a Real Penthouse”

The location of the flat is good, it was very clean and that the owner check me in earlier which i am appreciated for it.

To be improved

All the good they have is completely erased by the following: 1. i tried to give a feedback to the owner, but was not really possible as his attitude was very defensive. 2. The apartment is advertised as a penthouse with a terrace, but in reality, it’s a buhardilla — a small attic space that used to be for concierges, not a luxury apartment. The terrace shown is communal, not private, and anyone can access it freely. On one occasion, five teenagers were on the terrace with loud music right outside the apartment, and since the entrance door is glass, privacy was nonexistent. see the pictures. 3. Other downsides: The curtains are not very well maintained. A €200 deposit is required. You’re charged extra if you check in after 8 PM or check out on Sundays. The host implied that checking in on weekends or outside office hours is a big favor — but given the price, I found that attitude unfair. I tried to rate the stay as objectively as possible. If you’re okay with a shared terrace, low privacy, and extra fees, it may still suit you. But it’s definitely not the penthouse experience the listing promises.

“Quaint and comfortable”

The location was fabulous, very central and only 6-10mins to the Sagrada Familia. A quaint little cafe downstairs - LaBar offers friendly service and Wi-fi. The apartment offered all essentials: tea, coffee and cleaning products etc all you need for a short stay. The service and communication with staff was excellent. They checked to see if we needed anything and made some recommendations to local restaurants . Thank you Melanie for your warm welcome. Gracias por Todo.

“Excellent stay near Sagrada Familia”

My friend and I went on holiday to Barcelona and had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment. The apartment has everything you need and is located in a lovely and quiet neighbourhood — with a direct view of the Sagrada Família from the bedroom, which was truly special! Check-in and check-out went very smoothly, and we received a warm welcome. Our host Arian was always available if we needed anything, which made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of. The apartment was very clean, everything worked perfectly, and it was fully equipped with everything we needed — from cooking utensils to cleaning supplies. It really made us feel at home. Access to the rooftop terrace was also a great bonus — a perfect place to relax after a day in the city. We had a fantastic time living in the apartment and would definitely love to return when we visit Barcelona again. Highly recommended!
