This property is location location..right in the beach..great position for everything..quiet & 5 mins from a good supermarket

The property is so in need of a re-fit..to the point where it is looking very dated and uncomfortable! Paint work shabby, maintenance very slack, sofa extremely uncomfortable, patio door didn’t lock properly, very old and tatty bathroom decor..lots of other minor niggles too! the photos are very out of date!

It was a very good location. The kitchen was modern

To be improved

Eventhough the kitchen was modern we felt the rest of the property was in need of an update. It was very noisy outside during the night with people hanging around in the car park at the front of the property. The sofa bed was broken and not suitable for an adult

The best

The perfect location for the beach in a great part of Los Christinos. The apartment was very safe and secure, communication with the owners was easy and we found the accommodation to be very comfortable so would choose again on a return visit, or recommend to others.

The best

very very good location. the beach is two minutes away. There are shops and a supermarket nearby. Everything further from the ocean is on a hill; walking after the beach would be difficult. Therefore, for the location it’s definitely 5+. there is air conditioning and fans, which is also very important. kitchen with microwave, oven, stove, coffee maker. Parking is nearby, but find free spot only possible in the evening. I liked so much check in without a host, it was very convenient, I didn’t have to wait.

To be improved

I was disappointed by the condition of some of the furniture. The wardrobe definitely needs to be replaced or repaired, the doors just don’t move. some furniture needs replacing. On the second day, our shower broke, but they arrived promptly and fixed it.
