“Great place in Valencia”

The best

The hotel is well located. A few minutes walking distance from many beaches and Valencia night life. The bed is comfortable, and the room is clean and cozy. Communication with the host was easy. Will definitely come back.

To be improved

Parking is a bit hard because the room is located in the downtown area. I would have been nice to have a couple of shelves in the bathroom to put our soaps 🧼 and all that.

“A really enjoyable stay in Valencia.”

Great location, supermarket just around the corner, about 15 mins walk to the beach, just 10 mins walk to the metro to get into Valencia centre. There were also plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Room was very spacious, air conditioning amazing in the hot weather! The apartment was keyless, just needed a code which was good as we didn’t have to remember to carry a key around. The room was well equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, fridge and safe, everything we needed. The cleaning lady was very friendly, nothing too much bother. It was our first time staying in serviced apartments, really added a nice touch to have fresh linen/towels, toiletries, coffee/tea available. The area itself felt safe to walk around anytime, there seemed to be a lot of investment going into the local area and new things opening soon. All of the staff we met were very friendly, welcoming and eager to know if there was anything that would make our stay better. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if I was in the area!

“The apartment is comfortable and modernly furnished. It features one double bed and a fold-out sofa, conveniently separated by a wall, which provides a sense of privacy. The bathroom is equipped to hotel standards, including soap, shampoo, and a dental care set. While the location is outside the city center and the immediate surroundings are not particularly attractive, the area feels safe. Public transportation is excellent, with access to the metro, tram, and bus. It's easy to reach the city center in about 25 minutes and the beach in just 15 minutes. · Cons: Far from city centre and quite far from the beach (min 20min walk). Threrr was an unpleasant smell in the room, possibly from the sewage system or an uncleaned air conditioning unit. We had to air out the space regularly.”

“Nice, clean apartment!”

Very clean, everything included what we needed.

To be improved

There are two details what we did not appreciate. 1. In spite of promising that we would get the access details the previous day before arrival, we got it only few hours before arrival, when we were already on our way and it was difficult to check the correspondance. 2. We got an email after our stay from the property kindly asking a to rate them over 9. I don’t like the fact that they put pressure on us for a good review. We do our review independently and objectively (as it is the case here) without any pressure and trigger.
