“Fab large apt in super location.”
The best

3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms perfect for 5 single friends (2 twins and 1 double beds). Location is 1 minute from the surf beach. Lovely coffee shops on ground floor. Short walk to La Concha beach and the old town.

To be improved

Internal views from bedroom balcony and no views from living room. Not a big deal as heading out every day / evening.

Very well located near Zurriola beach.

To be improved

The check involved a trip across town with limited information and no proper address in the building. Basque Stay were rude and unhelpful about the checkin. The A C didn’t work despite attempts to fix it and we were woken by drilling and hammering most mornings. It was an absolute disaster.

The location and having three bedrooms and three bathrooms to fit our group

The hosts seem to do the bare minimum. You have to walk about 20 minutes from the unit to pick up the keys at a lock box, which was clearly communicated ahead of time but still annoying when luggage is involved. There is also minimal communication about the unit and how things work. I think the host organization can do a lot more to make you feel valued
