The best

My 3 year old and I stayed for 9 days. Communication around arrival and keys was a bit slow but someone came to meet us within 10 min, addressed a “new key” issue, and had us set up in the apartment quickly. Kind host, responded quickly and effectively to all concerns. Great location! Beautiful apartment with balcony and view of river. Everything was clean, working, maintained. One cabinet fell off the hinges and the fan suddenly stopped working but maintenance came quickly and fixed it all while we were out for the afternoon. Comfortable bed, able to control AC, felt like home! Our stay in Seville was a highlight of our 2 mos summer trip. We loved it!!

To be improved

We had to buy a plug for the bathtub, and look up how to use the stove & dishwasher. Minor issues but a little direction would be helpful. Also, we ran out of TP and trash bags and didn’t find any in the apt.
