BG Hotel Caballero

The hotel is located about 8 minutes by Taxi/Uber to the south east from the airport, and approximately 275 metres from the nearest sandy beach at Balneario 11. It is well served by public transport with stops for buses 23, 25 and Airport Bus A2 a short walk away. Our room was spacious, with twin beds. The shower was roomy, bright and clean. There was little or noise in our room from within the hotel and the street noise was We had great value for our 5 night stay. The food was excellent. We would have no hesitation rebooking BG Hotel Caballero again

Lovely Hotel, Very Modern and clean. Was able to check in a few hours early as the room was all ready. Room was lovely, beds were comfortable. Everything you need in the room, hairdryer, coffee tea maker, fridge with complimentary water, soap shower gels in the bathroom. Very pleasant, staff were very nice 👍

Good location, nearby the beach. Nice rooms, modern. The staff were very friendly. We would recommend this hotel

We had a lovely visit. The hotel was friendly and clean. We enjoyed the meals and the location, which we knew, was great. Only slight criticism- staff tended to assume we were German.

Stayed here for 5 nights in October booked with Jet2. Although we enjoyed our stay, there were things we wished we had known. Jet2 has the hotel listed as adult only, but the hotel does accept children. The rooms are very stylish but the walls are paper thin. We had a baby in the room adjacent. Even normal volume conversation came straight through. The balcony didn't feel private due to the shape and felt overlooked. The bathroom had a frosted glass door that had a gap all the way around, so again, little privacy. Only one English TV channel. The food was good but the labeling was extremely poor or non existent. Often the labels were in the wrong place. You can't buy glasses of wine with dinner only bottles although smaller bottles are available. Bar prices were good and the wine was cheap. We were overcharged in the bar on one occasion and when we raised the issue the waitress said it was correct. We spoke to another waitress who refunded us. Around the pool there were no dedicated smoking/vaping areas so you have to suffer this around you. The hotel is well placed for the airport, beach and shops. The express bus to Palma is very close and easy and only 2 Euros. It drops you right next to the Cathedral. Most staff were friendly and check in was quick. Only 2 small lifts.

Lovely hotel. Helpful staff, good food choices. Rooms kept clean , pool area lovely but slippy when wet as tiled floor. Plenty of sun beds .good location near the beach and airport
