“Absolutely brilliant, lovely and friendly with very clean comfortable accommodation”
The best

The facilities and staff brilliant, this was a revisit as when we were younger 27 years old we stayed at hotel Java for our very first non parent holiday. We are both now 60 years old to help celebrate this we returned. (44 years later) It was an amazing few days and exceeded our expectations. Thank you.

To be improved

The baby pool, we’re grandparents needed a little more fun things, mushroom showers and water shoots etc.

Chef cooking egg omelets not very happy when the queue got very long. there should be another person helping to accommodate the breakfast requirements . Waiting staff not very friendly. very poor wifi signal and got lost in some areas of the Hotel. Lifts very slow and small.”

we paid for a room with a sea view, but we were given a room on the 4th floor, where buildings are visible. After asking to change the room, we were changed, but there was already a room with a side sea view. So I don't see the point in overpaying for a room with a view if they give you the wrong room. The food was not always tasty, the rice was often undercooked, the fruit was not always fresh, the pastries were also not always fresh. Ants in the room.
