Lovely hotel, food was fantastic and the staff and hotel were off a high standard.

To be improved

Not enough Sunbeds for everyone and the doors to the pool are locked until 07:50 which caused people to be pushing to get to the beds. Most beds were then reserved but no one was on them!

“Lovely and relaxing”
The best

We really love this hotel and it was our second stay here. The food and drink are excellent, the rooms modern and clean and the staff very friendly. It's being constantly cleaned and is easy to reach via public transport from the airport (the A32 bus stop is about a 10 min walk away)

To be improved

Not that there is anything they can do about it but getting up to get a sunbed in the mornings is never ideal!

Not too overcrowded, decor, cleanliness.

One of the male waiters/ servers (Alberto) was extremely rude. From the moment we sat down for dinner, he requested our room card to establish if we were in fact in the room we stated we were in. A colleague of his told him it was not necessary. He collected our plates mid meals while we having a conversation without asking if it was okay to do so. He used the cutlery to clear the plate and proceeded to return throw the cutlery on the table,for us to reuse. This was unhygienic and incredibly rude. I asked him to remove the cutleries and return some clean ones. He appeared upset and refused to serve our table for the rest of our meal.

“Beautiful full-service bargain close to beach”
The best

Big open spaces never felt crowded. Very well staffed and organized: how to get pool towels, rent bikes, etc. Big bar with games felt cool & casual . Parking free on street (busy street but I found a spot 2 nights). Easy walk to a great beach. Great Last Minute Deal on Booking
