Clean, nice and good location

there is a place where you can sunbathe (shared balcony), green vegetation . It is very clean.

Room was small but pleasant and clean and with outdoor terrace. Shower and toilet area EXTREMELY small. So small that actually using it was a challenge and involved many falls, trips, bruises and breakages simply from taking a shower! If you are a large person or have any mobility challenges at all, it wouldnt be accessible. Also, it is literally at the end of the bed and in middle of room, so make sure you're very good friends with the person you're sharing with! It's important to know that this hotel is not staffed and there are no support services. Check in is automated and there is no-one to deal with any issues. That said, it all worked well really, though would have been better if there had been a bar / cafe / breakfast / coffee, snack etc service - as implied on website. However, the very reasonable price reflected this and of course, you can't have everything. Also, it's only a short walk to the beach front and it's bars etc.
