“The location of the property was great. There is a supermarket right next to the accomodation which was convenient. Everything was within walking distance and the apartment was very spacious. · Cons: We didn’t really like the fact that the sofa bed wasn’t prepared for us to sleep on and therefore we had to unfold the sofa ourselves which was a bit of a struggle. We could also use more towels and kitchen tools as well. Also overall cleanliness of the apartment could’ve been better. However, the host was willing to deal with our enquiries relatively quickly which made the experience of our stay better.”

The best

The location was good. It's close to the center but about 20-30 minutes from the beach.

To be improved

The shower head's holder was broken and the hair dryer wasn't working. The biggest flaw was the hot water which kept changing into cold water.

“Spacious and quiet apartment in a central and safe location of Malaga.”
The best

The apartment was very spacious and exceeded the expectations I got from the photos. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. It had everything needed as air conditioning, appliances and services in good condition with slight signs of amortization. There was kettle, materials for the dish washer, coffee and sugar, small set of shampoos. The location is safe, very central and on a walking distance from the old town, from train station and port. There is great supermarket just downstairs. Around 1 km away is also the bus station, so we made some nice day trips to Ronda and Marbella.

To be improved

The communication with the property and the pick up of the keys requires you to have internet connection on the phone to receive codes and activate links to open doors. For the support there are few people that you might need to contact depending on the day of the week and the hour which is little troublesome and sometimes the communication might be little delayed. If you have some issue you should be very persistent (as I was for the invoice) . The messages in WhatsApp turned to be the most productive way for communication (there were some automatic standard messages in booking.com, but no response to my questions there). The heating of the water was something we couldn't figure in the first days and we needed to take few cold showers. After I contacted the support people, they send me some video how to operate the boiler (it's on gas and with ignition of the combustion) but still after operating it the water kept changing from cold to warm and the shower nozzle would not stay up. In the future I strongly recommend some better solution to be found, because the water problem is taking away from the overall charm of the place. Some instructions in English for the operation of the boiler and other appliances can be placed in the apartment as well.

The best

Great location, close to main attractions, close to the port and the beach and the train station is literally behind the building. You can tap your card and get to the airport for €1.80 in 12 minutes. The supermarket is next door Very comfortable bed and spacious sofa in the living room We've booked a few trips and the meeting points were walking distance from our apartment There's a place called Lock and relax where you can leave your luggage if needed about 50 meters from the apartment. I would be happy to book it again

There was no kettle and the water in the shower kept changing from hot to cold and was a bit tricky to manage (but possible)
