There needs to be pre notification that bluetooth is needed to access the street door. We could not get in - no one responded to our phone calls or texts. Lack of communication between agents throughout our stay. No handbook to explain anything whatsoever. So no info on the flat itself, fire exits, Drs. emergency services etc, local area. We could not work the hob nor did anyone answer our query. Wifi did not work - 2nd day we had to locate the fuse box. No natural light in either bedroom - total darkness upstairs- sky light with blind - closed/no remote control. Totally concerned when 2 camera's were discovered on living room wall and top of the stairs [indoors]. 2 dining room chairs have a broken leg each. This has been indicated in a previous older post. No cloth to dry dishes so we couldn't put them away. Dirty skylight blind in the bathroom.

The main front door to the block key entry by code from mobile as my phone hadn’t connected to the Spanish Vodaphone but eventually worked so make sure your phone works on landing

When you first arrive you need to open the front door via a link you are being sent. Since the wifi of the house was down when we arrived we could not get in the house and were left outside on the street at night. Took about an hour and convincing some neighbors to let us in in the end. Would not have booked the apartment if I had known about the wifi-dependent procedure beforehand for this particular trip since I was traveling with a baby and had a late flight. Once you are in you have keys, so no issues then.
