We arrived and could not get access to the property, luckily a young lady resident let us in and took us to the apartment where we again struggled to gain access, eventually we did get in but there was nobody to meet us. There were no instructions on how anything worked so the blinds in the bedroom stayed shut the whole of our trip, we could not work out the air conditioning, there was no washing up cloth or anything to dry any dishes so we did not cook at all. The terrace was dirty so we had to sweep up and you could write your name in the dust on the table. And without anybody telling us the swimming pool was closed, had we known this we would never have booked this apartment, oh and the shower head next to the main bedroom was white with scum where it had not been cleaned

Unfortunately I was travelling with my husband who is disabled and my teenage daughter and her two friends. This break was for my daughter and her friends to relax coming into exam time at school, and the plan was for them to relax around the pool area. It is about 20-25 minutes from the closest beach so this was ideal as my husband wouldn't be able to walk that far. However on arrival we were unable to find the pool area and I contacted the BHOst team to be told how to access it , but also that it was now closed. The next day I met a couple who own an apartment in the complex, who informed us that the pool area was seasonal and did not open until 2nd June. I contacted BHost who confirmed that this was the case and that this was totally their fault that this had not been communicated ( now visible on the property advert), they said they would look into what they could do for us, though we never heard anything back. Really disappointed family and would not have booked this apartment had the facilities been advertised appropriately 😔

The water for showering gets cold after 2 people showering.

Not a complaint at all.. but a sun lounger would be perfect🌝

Little misunderstanding with check-out, it would be nice if we could leave our baggeages till travel time.
