Bedsheets were not clean (hair, stains), apparently someone used them before us. They were changed the day after, when I asked for it. Other rooms were rented by a group of young people who were very laud late evening in the patio, directly in front of our windows. I wished I knew it before, so I would have rented another accommodation. Other two windows were facing directly to the neighbours balcony (ground floor) and there were bars in the windows. It felt like no privacy at all.

Boiler not suitable for 2 showers: at the second shower, the water was cold. Sofabed not comfortable at all and not enough room for 3 persons.

The service is disappointing, they didn’t answer my questions, kept saying that they already sent me the instructions to check in, but the check in system is so complicated, you need to download an App, then put your email, then they send an email to you, then you need to activate Bluetooth to open the front door, but it didn’t work! Although I tried many times and even called them, but nobody answered the phone! And let me waited for over 2 hours, finally thanks to a cleaning lady who opened the door, was so scared that I would sleep on the street! Also the kitchen equipment is poor, if you plan to stay long, there is nothing, it’s impossible to cook, otherwise means you need to buy everything: the oil etc… there was only salt. And one more wired thing is you need to put the key to control the air condition and wifi! The air condition was so cold, you can’t adjust the temperature, then I took out the key, then wifi didn’t work!! Totally a nightmare!
