Loved the proximity to everything and also the size of the apartment,ent plus great value for money!

Two bedroom facility, one with bigger bed and the other was a small double. The air conditioner in the larger bed bedroom was leaking so bad it was unusable as it would have made too much noise all night and a mess. This was clearly not a new issue (see photo) as the wall was stained. As soon as we discovered the problem, I messaged the property and they did not respond. I have a video of the leaking AC. Mold in the shower that needs to be cleaned. facility was really nice, but the AC issue caused us to be unhappy and that no one cared enough to respond.

Entrance is dirty and dark.lift is noisy and old.

It was noisy at night especially the front bedroom. Hallways/ stairs dark even with the lights a bit dingy. A few minor things could be improved, no dish towels or paper towel in the kitchen. No automatic drip,coffee machine or espresso machine which we usually find in apartments.
