The location was great and right in the middle of a plaza. Rosa was great and she responded to all our questions immediately. She went above and beyond to send us information on parking garages.

The best

The property is beautiful. Its furnishings are lovely. From the windows you can see the cathedral. You are in the heart of the city with many restaurants and shops. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for a group of four people. The central air conditioning worked well. Overall, it was a wonderful stay with strong communication with the host.

To be improved

Because you are in a pedestrian area you can’t have bags dropped at the door. The top part of the property is assessable only by marble stairs. This is difficult if there are heavy bags. There were no welcome items.
