One upstairs room was not air conditioned

I tried to use the shower downstairs, but the shower head does not stay in the clip on the wall, so I had to hold the shower head in order to shower. Not ideal. The bathroom upstairs smelt nice when we arrived but didn't smell nice throughout our stay. The bed sheets and quilt covers were clean, but the cushion covers and accessories on the bed were not.

When we arrived at the apartment it was 9°C inside. There is a wall heater in the main living area and main bedroom. There is no heat in either bathrooms or smaller bedroom. Tried running the heaters and small space heater, but it tripped the fuse breaker. Wall heaters continuously running at max brought the temperature to 20°C by the following day, while the outside temperature was 10°C. Very cold night inside, especially in the smaller bedroom. The alarm system has 2 cameras inside the apartment which made us feel very uncomfortable not knowing who might be watching us. Previous reviews about outside noise and sewer smell in upstairs bathroom is true, but was not really that bothersome. The bunk beds in the smaller bedroom seemed very unstable and my son stated that if he moved at all during the night, the creaking and noise kept him awake. The surrounding area is mixed with a few stores and small food establishments, but really not too much within walking distance. For the same price per night, we probably should have rented 2 hotel rooms for the night and been more comfortable. We simple dealt with it since it was a one night stay before our flight back home.

Air conditioning was broken and was making noise even when it was switched off - we could not sleep during 1st night. The district was rather dirty. We had to buy more expensive tickets for underground due to the zone. Kitchen equipment not sufficient for large family.

The house was quite dirty. There were crumbs left on the surfaces and most of the dishes in the cupboard needed to be washed again. There were also a few ants on the floor.
