“Superb”

The best

Nice studio apartment, the kitchen contained everything neccessary for basic cooking. Well accessible by public transport even if a bit further from the centre (approx 20 minutes). It is close to a nice park and beach with supermarket right around the corner. Great communication with the hosts. We were very satisfied.

To be improved

Maybe not enough daylight as the apartment only has one window right to the street but it was not a big issue for us.

“Exceptional”

The best

We enjoyed our stay at Bien ubicado (no7). We found it well situated with beautiful park nearby (Parque del Oeste, my 4yo son loved it), obviously shops and lovely walk to the beach. I made a mistake during booking and it was quickly rectified by the owners. Check in and check out hassle free. Will be returning! :)

“Well positioned, fairly priced, good for 1 to 2 nights”

Location was very convenient for the airport, plenty of local food options, including a massive Mercadona right next door

To be improved

Fixed height on the whoer didn't work for me (5' 7") and it sprayed straight into my eyes. Also, better instructions for the AC /heater would have been good. Reasonably well stocked with cups and plates etc. but given the size of accommodation I would have expected a bit more to be honest

“10/10!!”

The best

The property is clean, spacious and has everything you need! The sofa bed is super comfortable and in the evening is calm and quite. The location if you have a car, is 15min away from city center and 10min from the airport, also, there’s a Mercadona just right in the corner, as I said, excellent! I definitely would recommend it!
