The location was very good. Julieta was waiting for us, she was very friendly. Clara was very friendly and whenever we had a problem, she was there.

To be improved

Internet is not working properly in the far rooms. City tax needs to be paid once upon you arrive but, credit cards from US or Canada doesn't work, so non of our cards worked. We were a school group. We were at the airport with students at 10:30 pm and they were requiring paying the fees and deposit via online, the link that the agency was sending, didn't work, apparently US credit cards and North America cards don't work, they could tell us as they knew because they had problems before, instead having us in the airport trying to figure it out. At the end we had to pay in cash the tax fees and the deposit. One of the bathrooms was super tinny, and the shower had difficulties to drain. Even Clara sort it out quickly, we stoped using it.
