Bilbao City Hall V by Aston Rentals

We really enjoyed our stay at City Hall V! It was comfortable and spacious enough, everywhere was walking distance, there were cafes and a supermarket (plus the Artxanda funicular) right on the doorstep, and although no aircon in the apartment, we found the windows and blinds were fine for creating airflow and keeping the sun out during the day. On top of that, the support from Aston Rentals staff was exceptional - my bag didn't make it onto my flight but the Aston team went above and beyond in directing the baggage handling firm and later the courier to me and the apartment (though I'm still baffled as to why they weren't calling me instead!). Definitely recommended.

It was a very successful choice. A great place in every way. The apartments are in an ideal location - everything can be reached on foot. The area is mountainous, but there is an elevator right next to the house down to the street and to the metro. Funicular de Artxanda now is closed, but you can take the E5 bus up the hill, which also leaves from the street at the bottom. The apartments are neat, everything is ergonomic. We stayed here for a week and felt like we were coming home.

Good walking distance to city sights. Right next to funicular and close to Hop on Hop off bus. Outside lift taking you down to plaza with good little supermarket. Very good security in building. A quiet neighbourhood. Spacious apartment with good facilities.

Fantastic Location, good communication with owner, minor issues resolved quickly. Clean comfy apartment well equipped every thing for a comfortable stay.

The location was great! Next to the metro and close to the tram.
