Many things unserviceable. I kitchen sink blocked. Plumber attended several says. Still blocked at end of stay. Shower hose broke twice on consecutive days. No instructions on where to find cutlery or how to use oven Washing machine faulty- clothes soggy Hair dryer sparking and faulty. Our communication proved these issues were know to them already. Very disappointing. I Request that most of the fee be refunded.

The kitchen was nice. Location was convenient.

To be improved

The apartment requires renovation (especially shower, coaches in the living room). Washing machine does not work at all. Bad communication with the staff - no reply for my complains…
