Great location, close to the Old Town, Guggenheim Museum, shopping and airport bus. Easy to access accommodation. Clean, comfortable. Can store luggage there after Check-Out, very handy.

To be improved

Fan only, no air conditioning. Noise from road (as in very convenient, central location!) can be heard through windows at front of building. If you're a light sleeper, bring earbuds.
