“Good option, but not very near city center.”
The best

- Good sized apartment, clean and comfortable, with good WiFi. The cleanliness of the sheets wasn't great, but it was acceptable. - Easy and quick communication with the staff before check-in.

To be improved

- The location wasn't great. You have to walk about 800m to get to the city center. - They provided soap and shampoo for the shower, but no bottle of soap to use at the sink. It seems like a silly complaint, but it was sorely missed.

“Great apartment, close to Guggenhiem and river .”
The best

Lovely large clean apartment, 4 bedrooms , 2 good bathrooms , very comfortable with nice touches , such as shower gel , shampoo. Dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid also provided which is great 👍 Also walkable to Bus station to get to San Sebastian 👍

To be improved

only problem we found is no place to store your luggage when leaving, so if a late flight , you need to have your cases with you or find a locker/storage somewhere.
