Booked 4 single beds,got bunk beds :/ not good when 2 guests were late 60s & an 80 yrs old

When I checked in, the guy at reception gave me 3 times the wrong card that didn't work to my room, which means that I had to go up and down 4 times!! I just wanted to sleep and instead of double-checking that the card works himself, he made me run up and down. I don't expect much service from a hostel, but IMO that would have been the decent way to deal with the situation. - I had a 4-bed dorm, but for some reason there was only 3 lockers and since I arrived late, there was no place to store my luggage in a secure place. - No socket or light close to bed and you need to make the bed yourself. - The breakfast is only from 8 to 9, so if you're sleeping in, you will miss it.

Breakfast could be better.

The kitchen was very very basic and plates etc. had to be rented, which came as a surprise for us. There will be noise from the highway so bring your earplugs.

I saw a cockroach. Rooms were so hot. Someone closed our window in the night, making it ten times hotter

You have to pay for everything extra. I tried to call them in advance to check if the kitchen clothes at some time. No one ever picked up. Of course the kitchen clothes at 11pm. But even if I'd have checked in earlier, I was supposed to pay a ridiculous amount of 5€ if I want to use it to cook myself a meal. The staff can't speak English and don't even bother trying to understand you. The atmosphere is quite cold and the highway is pretty noisy.
