“Enjoyable stay in Bilbao”
The best

We enjoyed our stay, the apartment is very comfortable, the bed is excellent, washer and dryer work well, the kitchen is well equipped, and a great shower in the bathroom. It is walking distance to the main bus terminal, tram and metro station. There is an ALDI supermarket close by. We would stay again if in Bilbao.

To be improved

It is a little outside the main city centre but still walkable.

The best

The staff were great and very helpful. It’s easy to get there by car and close to the stadium.

To be improved

The apartment was really humid, and it was so bad that the bed linens and sheets felt really wet. It had that humid basement smell and feeling. Also it didn’t seem clean and one of the towels had yellow spots on it. Again, the staff was nice and provided us with fresh towels the day after.
