“We had a very nice stay in this apartment.”

Daughter is temporarily in a wheelchair. The stair lift in the lobby worked perfectly and without a key; just that 2 people are needed without a key as the person on the stairlift can't press the button. Not a problem for us as a family of 5. Then there was a regular lift for the first floor.

To be improved

There are 2 steps from the street into the lobby and that would be a struggle for some people with a wheelchair; not a problem for us. There was no plug for the kitchen sink which meant I wasted some hot water before day 2 when I started to use a plastic lid off a humous pot! I left the lid for following people. It worked perfectly.

“Excellent stay..”

The best

It was exceptionally clean and comfy. We liked the area, and all the facilities were very close to the apartment. A large condominium with all tools and items available. It is not at the heart of the touristy places and you can walk easily to the bars and cafes those enjoyed by the locals.

The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable, functional and ideal location with shops, bars, metro and easy for exploring Bilboa. We did not use the parking facility. The weather was good.I

There was nothing we didn't like. but the area is quite hilly.

The best

Great location, very centrally located, all you need around you. Flat was really spacious and very calm. Would book it again, when in Bilbao.

To be improved

Parking spot is really tiny and not usable for family car. A bit of maintenance in the flat would not harm. The one plug hanging out of the wall in the living, was stressful with a small child.
